Equipped with a digital temperature controller and LED display, the USSL-2D ensures precise temperature management. Automatic defrosting simplifies maintenance, while two plastic-coated wire shelves provide ample storage for ingredients. The 3/4" thick removable polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace, and the removable door gasket enhances hygiene.
