The Arctic Air AMT72R is a high-capacity refrigerated counter designed for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious three-section layout measuring 71-1/2" W and offering 18 cu. ft. of storage, it features self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. The electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display allows for precise temperature control within a range of 33°F to 41°F.
This unit includes a 9"D cutting board for convenient food prep and comes with (27) 1/6 clear Lexan pans for easy ingredient organization. The (3) vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors are equipped with a 90° stay-open feature for effortless access. Inside, (3) wire shelves provide additional storage options.
Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, the unit also features a white ABS interior liner with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning and durability. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 3" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The Arctic Air AMT72R utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 754 BTU/h rejected heated air gain, powered by a 1/2 HP compressor drawing 4.3 amps. It comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and compliance.
