The fryer operates within a temperature range of 200°F to 400°F, allowing for versatile cooking options. It includes two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles for safe handling and a convenient basket hanger for easy storage. An oil cooling zone is integrated into the bottom of the tank, promoting longer oil life and better frying results.
