Description
The Beverage Air SPE36HC-15M is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal food storage and preparation. With a width of 36 inches and a capacity of 10.01 cu. ft., it features two doors and four epoxy-coated wire shelves (two per door) for organized storage. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 15 1/6 size pans, accommodating 4" deep pans while also fitting 6" deep pans. A 10" cutting board provides ample workspace for food prep. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor. The SPE36HC-15M is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens. Proudly made in the USA.
