The stainless steel top includes an opening for (18) 1/6 size pans, accommodating both 4" and 6" deep pans. A 17" cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit includes six adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior for durability and a galvanized steel bottom and back, it ensures long-lasting performance. The aluminum interior promotes easy cleaning, while the rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor.
