The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10-2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cu. ft., it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for ten 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design supports 6" deep pans as well. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, this unit is equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor.
