The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10C-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cubic feet, it features four pull-out drawers that can accommodate 6-inch deep pans, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for ten 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of deeper pans as needed. A 17-inch polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. It is equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
