The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12C-2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cu. ft., it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of six-inch deep pans as well. A 17-inch polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
