The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12C-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a width of 48 inches and a capacity of 13.01 cu. ft., it features four pull-out drawers that can accommodate 6" deep pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans included, while the design allows for the use of 6" deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It is equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
