The Beverage Air SPED60HC-08C-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, featuring a spacious 60"W design with a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity. It includes four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, providing easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans included, while the design allows for 6" deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
