With a spacious 60"W and a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for ten 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of six-inch deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep convenience. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning and longevity.
