The Beverage Air SPED60HC-12C-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 60"W and 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of six-inch deep pans as needed. A 17" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability and hygiene. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, this unit ensures efficient cooling.
