The Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-2 is a high-capacity Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section unit features a 60" width and offers 16 cu. ft. of storage space. It includes two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile organization. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for 24 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design also supports 6" deep pans. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep capabilities. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
