The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-6 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a generous 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features six pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans (4" deep pans included), allowing for efficient organization and quick service. A 17" polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for enhanced longevity. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, it ensures optimal cooling performance.
