The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12-6 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a generous 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features six pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design allows for the use of 6" deep pans as well. A 10" polyethylene cutting board offers ample workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, this unit ensures efficient cooling. It meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
