The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12M-6 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features six pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design also supports six-inch deep pans for added versatility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances workspace functionality. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, this unit ensures optimal temperature control.
