With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with two doors and four adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided and the ability to fit 6" deep pans as well. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep convenience. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor.
