The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-4 is a high-capacity Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. With a spacious three-section layout and a 72" width, it offers 20.0 cu. ft. of storage space. The unit features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile organization. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 30 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design also supports 6" deep pans. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep capabilities. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and aluminum interior, this unit ensures durability and easy maintenance. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. It meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
