The slicer incorporates eight safety interlocks and a high carriage with a 25° incline towards the operator, enhancing safety and ergonomics during operation.
The 40° angled gravity feed system facilitates effortless slicing, while the 3-1/2"W thumb guard and removable pusher-plate provide additional safety features. A remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial and kaddy (GSP-BBS-KADDY) ensures the blade remains sharp for optimal performance.
Equipped with a manual integrated portion scale, the slicer has a weighing range of 0 to 6.6 lb. (0-3 kg) with a 100% tare function and a digit interval of 2 g/0.005 lb. The touch screen display offers easy navigation and includes auto alerts for slice count and weight.
The 12"W x 10.24"D platter is designed for efficient food handling, complemented by a food debris deflector and a manual side lifting device. Constructed from seamless anodized aluminum, the slicer is durable and easy to clean.
