The Bizerba GSP HD I 90-GCB is an advanced electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use. It features a 13" grooved cheese blade, chromium-coated for durability and achieving a hardness of 60-62 Rockwell at the tip. The slicer includes a food tray, full product fence, and a full product deflector equipped with a magnetic lock for enhanced safety.
The rear-mounted meat grip comes with a removable remnant holder, ensuring efficient slicing. With a 40° gravity feed and three adjustable speeds, it offers three strokes and a manual mode with servo assist for precise control. Safety is prioritized with six interlocks and a 3.5” wide thumb guard alongside a side lift-arm.
Constructed with a seamless anodized aluminum base, gauge plate, and carriage, the slicer is built for longevity. It includes a remote sharpener with a storage pan for convenience. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.94 inches, powered by an Emotion variable speed motor operating at 120V/60/1-ph, 2.6 amps, and 0.24kW. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, cETLus, and DGUV safety testing standards.
