The Bizerba GSP HD I W-90 is a semi-automatic heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and safety in high-demand environments. Featuring a robust 13" blade, it incorporates eight safety interlocks to ensure secure operation. The high carriage is set at a 25° incline towards the operator, complemented by a 40° angled gravity feed for optimal slicing control.
This slicer includes a 3-1/2"W thumb guard and a removable pusher-plate for added safety and convenience. The remote sharpener, equipped with a spring-loaded dial and kaddy (GSP-BBS-KADDY), ensures consistent blade performance. The integrated manual portion scale features a touch screen display, allowing for precise slice thickness adjustments from 0 to 0.94" (0 to 24mm) and a weighing range of 0 to 6.6 lb. (0-3 kg) with a 2 g/0.005 lb digit interval.
Additional features include an auto alert for slice count and weight, a 12"W x 10.24"D platter, a food debris deflector, and a low fence (GSP H-FENLOW) for enhanced usability. The manual side lifting device and included safety package further enhance operational safety.
Constructed from seamless anodized aluminum with rubber feet, the slicer is built for durability.
