The Bizerba VSI 330F TC-400-3P is a high-performance vertical food slicing system designed for efficiency and precision. Featuring an energy-saving Emotion™ intelligent drive motor, it achieves a maximum slicing speed of 80 strokes per minute. The system includes a configurable touch display and digital slicing control for easy operation.
Equipped with a transport conveyor and a 3-Portion stainless steel mesh belt, it allows for seamless product handling. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch, accommodating various food items. The carriage supports product lengths up to 15-3/4" (400mm) and can shave, stack (up to 3.5 inches/90 mm), shingle, or create circular patterns.
The 13" grooved vacuum release blade ensures clean cuts, while the shaving deflector enhances safety and efficiency. With an IP rating of IPx5, the system is designed for easy cleaning using foam and hose methods. The mobile stand features locking wheels for stability and convenience.
