The Cambro UPC100192 Ultra Pan Carrier is an insulated food carrier designed for optimal temperature retention and convenience. It accommodates one full-size or fractional GN pan up to 8 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 40 quarts. This carrier keeps food hot for up to 4 hours (190° - 179°F) and cold for up to 4 hours (33.9° - 35.8°F). Featuring four E-Z grip molded-in handles and four nylon over-center latches, it ensures easy transport and secure closure.
