Equipped with universal slides, it allows for easy loading and unloading of pans. The cabinet includes a solid field reversible door for flexible placement in any kitchen layout. Its electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the top-mount forced air heat system, combined with a water reservoir, maintains humidity levels to keep food fresh and warm.
