This full-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either (36) 12" x 20" pans or (18) 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet includes a solid field reversible door for easy access and efficient space management.
Advanced electronic controls ensure precise temperature regulation, while the top-mount forced air heating system with a water reservoir maintains humidity levels for food quality. An autofill water connection simplifies maintenance, and the durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The cabinet is mounted on (4) 5" swivel casters, with (2) featuring brakes for secure positioning. The HL10-18 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting high safety and performance standards.
