The Carter-Hoffmann HL10-8 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. This compact, half-height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either (16) 12" x 20" pans or (8) 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal slides for versatile pan placement. The cabinet is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
It includes a solid field-reversible door for flexible access and electronic controls for precise temperature management. The top-mount forced air heating system, combined with a water reservoir, maintains humidity levels to keep food moist and fresh. An autofill water connection simplifies operation, while (4) 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes, provide mobility and stability. The HL10-8 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting rigorous safety and performance standards.
