The Carter-Hoffmann HL3-5 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This undercounter-height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either ten 12" x 20" pans or five 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various food service needs. It includes three fixed wire universal slides for easy organization and access.
The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and is insulated to maintain consistent temperatures. A bottom-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while mechanical controls and a digital thermometer provide precise temperature management. The single-pane tempered glass door allows for easy visibility of contents, and the unit is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. The HL3-5 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
