The Carter-Hoffmann HL3-8 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 1/2-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either (16) 12" x 20" pans or (8) 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various food service needs. It includes three fixed wire universal slides for easy organization and access.
Equipped with a single pane tempered glass door, the HL3-8 allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. The bottom-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while mechanical controls and a digital thermometer provide precise temperature management. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. The HL3-8 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
