The Carter-Hoffmann HL5-1812 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This full-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 24 standard 12" x 20" pans or 12 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating a variety of food items. Equipped with universal pan slides, it offers flexibility for different pan sizes. The cabinet is accessed through two solid Dutch doors, ensuring easy loading and unloading.
The mechanical controls allow for precise temperature management, while the top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. Constructed from durable aluminum, the HL5-1812 is built for longevity and ease of mobility, featuring four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport.
