The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-1812 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This full-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 24 standard 12" x 20" pans or 12 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating a variety of food items. Equipped with universal pan slides, it offers flexibility for different pan sizes. The cabinet is fitted with two solid Dutch doors for easy access and enhanced insulation. Its mechanical controls allow for precise temperature management, while the top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL7-1812 is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It is mobile, featuring four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use.
