The Convotherm C4 ED 6.20ES-N is an advanced electric combi oven and steamer designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It accommodates up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans, making it versatile for various culinary needs. The easyDial programmable controls feature a digital display, allowing for the storage of up to 99 cooking recipes across nine stages. This combi oven offers four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, providing flexibility for different cooking techniques. A multi-point core temperature probe ensures precise cooking results, while the five-speed auto-reversing fan promotes even heat distribution. The LED light enhances visibility inside the cooking chamber.
