The Convotherm C4 ET 10.20GB-N is a high-performance gas combi oven and steamer designed for commercial kitchens. It features a steam generator and accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or twenty 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. The 10” wifi-ready, high-resolution easyTouch control panel allows for intuitive operation, offering 20 programmable cooking stages and the ability to store up to 399 cooking recipes. This versatile unit includes four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, ensuring a wide range of cooking options. The interior is illuminated by an LED light, and the right-hinged door is triple-pane with an anti-microbial hygienic handle for enhanced safety. A multi-point core temperature probe ensures precise cooking, while the five-speed auto-reversing fan promotes even heat distribution. Included with the oven are five wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose for easy cleaning. The ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system simplifies maintenance.
