The Cres Cor HC1UA11 Mobile Heated Cabinet is designed for outdoor use, featuring a durable gas-powered Hotcube¹™ system. This 3/4 height cabinet is insulated for optimal heat retention and can accommodate up to 22 standard 12" x 20" steam table pans or 11 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, thanks to its adjustable chrome-plated wire transport universal angles set on 1-1/2" centers.
Key features include a battery indicator light for easy monitoring, coved interior corners for easy cleaning, and a 1-1/4" sight glass for flame detection. The cabinet is equipped with push/pull handles for easy mobility and a stainless steel latch for secure closure. It rolls smoothly on four 8" pneumatic swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
