The Cres Cor HC2UA11 Fire-N-IceCube™ Cabinet is a mobile hot and cold storage solution designed for versatility and efficiency. This 3/4 height, insulated cabinet features 11 sets of chrome-plated wire transport universal angles, accommodating various pan sizes on adjustable 1-1/2" centers. It can hold up to 22 steam table pans (12" x 20") or 11 sheet pans (18" x 26"), spaced on 3" centers for optimal organization. The cabinet includes a 1-1/4" sight glass for flame detection, ensuring safety during operation. Equipped with durable push/pull handles in a powder-coated black finish and four 8" pneumatic casters (two swivel and two fixed), this cabinet offers easy mobility.
