This LiquiTec® unit accommodates three pans, with options for 4" or 6" deep pans that sit flush with the countertop for a seamless look. It features an insulated pan to maintain optimal food temperatures, while the stainless steel inner liner and top ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized outer liner adds extra strength and resistance to corrosion.
Equipped with a self-contained Eutectic fluid refrigeration system, this unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. The powerful 1/4 hp compressor ensures consistent performance, making it ideal for busy kitchens. A cutout of 44-1/4" x 25" is required for installation. The Delfield 8145-EFP meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, ensuring it is safe and reliable for commercial use.
