Description
The Delfield GAH1-SH is a high-performance reach-in heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and temperature control. With a spacious 21.0 cubic feet capacity, it features two half-height hinged solid doors that lock for security. Inside, you'll find three adjustable chrome wire shelves, allowing for flexible organization of your items. The 4.3" easyTouch® screen provides precise temperature display and control, with remote monitoring capabilities for added convenience. The cabinet is illuminated by incandescent interior lighting, ensuring visibility of contents. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" locking casters. Operating on 208-240v/60/1-ph at 6.0 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug and meets NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® standards for efficiency and safety.
