The Delfield SCSC-36-BP is a high-performance cold food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a Shelleysteel™ construction, this unit measures 26" x 21.62" x 7" deep, making it ideal for various food service environments. The Bloomington style cold pan includes a convenient drain with a valve for easy maintenance. Its reinforced stainless steel enclosed base ensures long-lasting strength and stability. Equipped with 5" casters, this serving counter is easy to maneuver. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/5 HP compressor, providing reliable cooling performance. This unit meets cUL, UL, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
