Description
The Delfield SH-4 is an electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. It features a Shelleysteel™ construction with a 14-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge stainless steel exterior, ensuring long-lasting performance. The unit has a 4-pan capacity, making it ideal for serving a variety of hot dishes. The heated under storage compartment keeps additional food items warm and ready for service. Equipped with 5" swivel casters, the SH-4 offers easy mobility for repositioning as needed. Additionally, it includes 1/2" drains for the hot food wells, plumbed to a common valve for convenient drainage. This serving counter is perfect for commercial kitchens, catering services, and food service operations.
