The Eagle Group BPCP-3-X is a portable buffet cold pan unit designed for optimal food service. This deluxe service mate features a 48" wide stainless steel top and an open base for easy access. It includes a 20" x 6" deep insulated stainless steel pan equipped with a 1-1/2" drain for efficient drainage. The unit is ice-cooled to maintain food freshness and safety. The durable steel wrapper and laminated black vinyl base provide a sleek appearance, while the clear double-sided Tuffak® sneeze guard ensures food protection from contaminants. Mobility is enhanced with 4" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
