The Eagle Group HPFNLSI-RA2.25 is a full-size mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal temperature and humidity control. Featuring an insulated construction with TEMP-GARD® air flow design, this cabinet ensures even heating and proofing for your baked goods. The door includes a polycarbonate window with a magnetic latch for easy access and visibility.
Equipped with an adjustable digital temperature control system, the LCD readout allows for precise monitoring, while the humidity control feature enhances the proofing process. A high-temperature alarm with auto reset provides added safety. The cabinet includes twelve removable wire slides, spaced 2-1/4" on center, accommodating various baking trays.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet features a bottom mount control panel and heating system for streamlined operation. The full perimeter bumper protects against damage during transport, and the heavy-duty 5" polymer swivel casters (two with brakes) ensure easy mobility.
