The Eagle Group HPFNSSN-RA2.25 is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal performance in food preparation environments. This full-size, non-insulated cabinet features a TEMP-GARD® air flow design that ensures even heat distribution. The door is equipped with a polycarbonate window and a magnetic latch for secure closure and visibility.
Adjustable digital temperature control with an LCD readout allows for precise temperature and humidity management, while a high-temperature alarm with auto reset provides added safety. The cabinet includes twelve removable wire slides, spaced 2-1/4" on center, accommodating various food items.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet features a bottom mount control panel and heating system for easy access. It is equipped with a full perimeter bumper for protection and five heavy-duty polymer swivel casters, two of which have brakes, for mobility and stability.
