The body is constructed from robust 20-gauge 430 stainless steel, providing long-lasting strength. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board offers a convenient prep area. The open base design allows for easy access and storage, supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
