The Eagle Group HT3CB-120 is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. This Spec-MasterĀ® Hot Food Table features a 48" wide design with three 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. Constructed with a robust 22-gauge stainless steel top and body, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel enclosed base and sliding doors, made from 22-gauge stainless steel with recessed handles, offer convenient access while maintaining a sleek appearance. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability on various surfaces. With a power output of 2.25kW and operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it draws 18.8 amps and includes a junction box for easy field wiring. This hot food table is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets stringent safety and sanitation standards.
