Measuring 79 inches wide, it features five 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The recessed panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation.
Constructed with a robust 22-gauge 430 stainless steel top and body, this hot food table ensures longevity and resistance to wear. It includes an 8-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick polyethylene cutting board for added workspace. The stainless steel enclosed base provides stability, while the sliding doors, made from 22-gauge stainless steel with recessed handles, offer convenient access to stored items.
The unit is supported by 1-5/8-inch diameter, 7-1/2-inch high stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. With a power output of 3.75kW at 240v/60/3-ph and 10.8 amps, it is designed for efficient operation.
