Description
The Eagle Group PHT2OB-240 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. This portable hot food table features a spacious 35-3/4" width and includes two 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area, while the open base design allows for easy access and storage. Additional features include a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation, a full perimeter bumper for added protection, and sturdy 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs. The unit is mobile, supported by four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. With a power output of 1.5kW at 240v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 6.3 amps, this unit is designed for efficiency and reliability.
