The Eagle Group SHT3-120-X is a versatile electric hot food serving counter designed for optimal performance in any food service environment. Measuring 48"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, this unit features three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, allowing for wet or dry operation to keep your dishes at the perfect temperature. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The table includes three 3/4" drains with a drain manifold and valve for easy maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf offer convenient storage solutions. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a power output of 2250 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and 18.8 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 5-30P plug.
