The Eagle Group SHT4-120-X is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and versatility. Measuring 63-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, this unit features a sealed well design suitable for both wet and dry operation. It includes four 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The counter is designed for easy drainage with four 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve. It comes with a removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board for added convenience, along with a stainless steel dish shelf and an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for optimal storage. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, the top and body ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a powerful output of 3000 watts and operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it draws 25.0 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 5-50P plug.
