The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR3-D2 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, featuring a spacious 71-1/8"W design with a 19.0 cu. ft. capacity. It includes self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling and a durable stainless steel top with openings for (18) 1/6 size pans. The unit is equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid, a solid hinged self-closing door, and two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for ample storage.
An epoxy-coated wire shelf with height-adjustable clips provides additional organization, while the 12-1/4" removable cutting board enhances food prep convenience. Digital controls with an LED display allow for easy temperature management, and the auto defrost feature ensures optimal performance. The front air-breathing design, stainless steel interior, and stainless steel front, top, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom and rear.
Mobility is facilitated by (4) 5" swivel casters, with 2 locking for stability. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 3.0 amps.
