The Everest Refrigeration EPR3 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 71-1/8"W and a 21.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling. The stainless steel top includes openings for (18) 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain optimal temperatures.
This unit is equipped with three solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access, along with six epoxy-coated wire shelves that come with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage. A 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation.
Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature ensures hassle-free maintenance. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting, and the stainless steel construction throughout, including the front, top, and sides, ensures durability and easy cleaning.
