The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, ensuring durability and safety. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, allowing for precise cooking control.
The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control and touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel, make operation intuitive.
